The largest wild animal to be found in the state of Colorado is making its considerable presence felt with increasing frequency in the western reaches of Boulder County. Wildlife officials, outdoor recreation enthusiasts and those who just happen to be in the right place at the right time are seeing moose often enough within the county that it is becoming almost commonplace.
